Controsoil was effectively utilized in a practical aquarium setting, demonstrating its compatibility with aquatic plants. A complete planted aquarium was achieved easily with a consistent routine of performing weekly 40% water changes, which utilized normal tap water without the need for any special treatment. To maintain a healthy environment for the plants and fish, it was important to monitor the water parameters regularly, but notably, no additional nutrients were introduced during the setup process. This approach highlighted the effectiveness of Controsoil as a standalone substrate, allowing the plants to thrive in a natural, low-maintenance ecosystem. As a result, the aquarium not only looked vibrant and lush but also supported a balanced habitat for aquatic life.
